Terms and Conditions

Ridgeline Fleet Services — Last updated June 1, 2026

1. Services

Ridgeline Fleet Services (operated by Mount Massive Mechanics LLC) provides mobile fleet maintenance and repair services to commercial clients under a Fleet Stability Program retainer agreement. Services are performed by ASE-certified technicians at client-designated locations.

2. Service Agreements

Services are provided under a signed service agreement. The agreement outlines the scope of services, pricing, and payment terms. Ridgeline Fleet Services reserves the right to decline service for vehicles outside the agreed scope.

3. Payment

Monthly retainer fees are due as specified in the service agreement. Additional parts and labor are invoiced separately. Payment is due within the terms stated on the invoice (default Net 30). Late payments may be subject to fees.

4. SMS Notifications

By entering into a service agreement and providing a phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Ridgeline Fleet Services. These messages include invoice notifications, appointment confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency depends on service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS does not affect your service agreement.

5. Liability

Ridgeline Fleet Services carries appropriate business liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or damage unrelated to services performed.

6. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
